Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you which data is processed when you visit this website and for what purpose.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Frieder Ullmann
Friedrich-Engels-Straße 13
Erfurt
Email: info@it-ullmann.de
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is self-hosted on servers in Germany. When you access the pages, the server automatically collects information that your browser transmits (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used and operating system. This data is used exclusively to ensure secure and stable operation and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short period of time.
3. Cookies
This website uses only one technically necessary session cookie, and only after signing in to the internal area. It serves to keep your session signed in and is deleted when you sign out or when it expires. There is no tracking or analytics via cookies. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (technically required).
4. Product advisor chat (AI)
The chat at the bottom right of the homepage answers questions about FeWoBoard using an AI language model. If you use it, your input is transmitted for processing to the AI provider currently in use for this installation (Anthropic, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, or Microsoft Azure OpenAI, depending on configuration). This is data processing on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; the provider processes the input solely to generate the response. The chat can only be used after your explicit consent in the cookie notice; without consent it remains locked. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). No customer data from the internal area is fed into the chat.
5. Contact and waitlist form
If you send us a request via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, and your message) in order to process the request and contact you. The legal basis is the initiation of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, at the latest once the request has been fully processed and no statutory retention periods apply.
6. Booking requests
You can submit a non-binding booking request via the public booking page of a holiday rental. In doing so, we process the data provided (including name, email address, travel dates, number of guests) to review the request and make you an offer or to handle your stay. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
7. Disclosure to third parties
As a general rule, your data is not transferred to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil a contract or we are legally obliged to do so. An exception is the product advisor chat described in section 4: if you use it after giving consent, your input goes to the AI provider named there as a data processor. No data is sold or disclosed for advertising purposes.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact the controller named above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.
This privacy policy is a carefully prepared template that describes the actual data handling of this application. It does not replace legal advice — before going live it should be reviewed by a lawyer or data protection professional and adapted to your specific situation if necessary.
